Strategically located at Two Rivers Mall, the new institution aims to train over 1,500 employees annually while nurturing the next generation of retail leaders.
The Retail Business School features 12 specialized programs tailored to meet the evolving demands of Kenya’s retail sector.
Courses focus on key areas like customer experience, leadership, technical operations, and digital transformation, blending theoretical knowledge with practical learning.
