NAIROBI, Kenya- The delivery giant has announced the appointment of Daphne Kabeberi as the new Impact and Sustainability Lead for Africa.
In her new role, Daphne will steer Glovo’s sustainability agenda, ensuring that the company’s operations and initiatives positively impact social and environmental well-being across the continent.
Daphne’s appointment aligns with Glovo’s commitment to sustainable practices and community welfare.

Before joining Glovo, Daphne was the Program Lead and Partnership Manager at Tunapanda Institute.
Here, she designed and directed training programs that prepared digital workers from underprivileged communities for dignified jobs.
Additionally, as the Lead Sustainability Engineer at Endustrial Support, she successfully implemented “Green Key” eco-label standards for a leading hotel, optimizing energy and water utilization, and guiding best practices that significantly reduced the carbon footprint.
