Tanzanian gospel singer Christina Shusho has taken to social media with a heartfelt public plea, asking followers and the wider public for help in tracing Kenyan gospel star Marion Shako. Shusho’s appeal was posted on her official Instagram account on January 23, 2026.

In her message, Shusho said she has been actively trying to contact Shako but has not succeeded so far. She called on anyone with information to step in and assist, urging her followers to “tag” Shako on social media and help bridge the communication gap.

“Somebody help me, I’m looking for my sister @shakomarion @shakomarion dadangu naku tafuta,” Shusho wrote on Instagram, repeating her request for assistance and highlighting the challenge she has faced in connecting with Shako.

She also noted that she has incorporated her search into a period of spiritual discipline, mentioning that she was on her 12th day of prayer and fasting as part of the effort to reach her friend.

“Someone help me to reach her, Tafadhali @shakomarion. Tafadhali tumtag. 21 days of prayer and fasting. Now day 12,” read another part of Shusho’s post, underscoring her determination and faith during the search.

Marion Shako is a well‑known Kenyan gospel singer and worship artist whose music has resonated widely across the region.

She gained prominence with her debut album Msaada Wangu, and songs like Ahadi Zake helped cement her reputation as a powerful voice in gospel music.
