NAIROBI, Kenya – Prominent lawyer and former aide to ODM leader Raila Odinga, Silas Jakakimba, has announced his separation from his wife, Florence Adhiambo, marking the end of their four-year marriage.
In a joint statement released Thursday, the couple said the decision to part ways was mutual and made after “careful consideration and much reflection.”
They described the move as a “difficult but extremely considerate” step, reached with input from their families and spiritual advisers.
