Kenyan content creator and social media personality Pritty Vishy, real name Purity Vishenwa, has revealed that she recently underwent multiple cosmetic procedures, marking a significant chapter in her ongoing body transformation journey.
In a candid YouTube vlog, Vishy disclosed that she had undergone a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL), 360-degree liposuction, and a tummy tuck.
She filmed the process from the moment she arrived at the hospital to just before the surgery, openly sharing her mixed emotions and anticipation.
Vishy, who has previously been open about her use of Ozempic for weight loss, said the surgery was the next step in achieving her desired look. She explained that the procedures were intended to contour her body further after her earlier weight loss efforts.
Following the operation, Vishy described the recovery process in detail, noting the intense discomfort she experienced.
“When you see someone has gone for a BBL, don’t judge that person because of the pain! You cannot cry but… You can’t even laugh. There is pain everywhere,” she said.
The influencer revealed that the pain was unlike anything she had experienced before, and that even small movements required significant effort.
She told her followers that the reality of undergoing such procedures is far more demanding than the glamorous results that appear on social media.
This is not the first time Pritty Vishy has spoken publicly about her interest in cosmetic enhancements.
In past interviews, she revealed that she had used injections to enhance her buttocks and had long considered undergoing plastic surgery. She previously hinted at wanting to surprise her critics and exes with a dramatic transformation.
Her decision to go through with the procedures comes despite past warnings from friends and fans, especially after reports of other public figures experiencing complications from similar surgeries. In 2023, she acknowledged being aware of the risks but maintained her resolve to proceed.
