Controversial media personality Andrew Kibe, alias Kifee, has hit out at YouTube after the platform deleted his new channel, citing repeated violations of its community guidelines.
In an email sent to Kibe on Tuesday, YouTube said the move followed a review of his content, which revealed “severe or repeated violations” of its terms of service.
The account, which Kibe claims had just two interview videos, was taken down permanently.
“We have removed your channel from YouTube,” the platform wrote. “If we think a channel severely violates our policies, we take it down to protect other users.”

But Kibe—known for his outspoken and often polarising commentary—dismissed the action as “extremely malicious,” questioning how such a penalty could be applied when the channel only featured interviews with car dealer Khalif Kairo and Inject Party leader Kebaso Morara.
Taking to X (formerly Twitter), Kibe wrote:
“This is extremely malicious @YouTube. The channel had only two interviews. What community guidelines did I violate? The matrix is alive and kicking. Thank Wanyos for @elonmusk, otherwise we would all be screwed by this neocolonialist.”
The takedown is the latest blow to the former KISS FM presenter, whose other channels have also been suspended by YouTube in the past.
His content has frequently drawn criticism for violating platform rules, especially on hate speech, harassment, and misinformation—though Kibe maintains that his views are being silenced unfairly.
YouTube’s enforcement notice pointed out that content from banned creators or content previously removed for terms violations is also grounds for termination.
Kibe has not indicated whether he plans to appeal the decision, but he remains active on other platforms, including X and TikTok, where he continues to share his views.
