The chase ended at a police roadblock in Kajiado South Sub-County, but the occupants fled into nearby Oltiasika and Nosilale villages, evading capture.

A closer inspection revealed that the stolen vehicle had been tampered with, including a fake front registration plate, KDR 003N, intended to evade detection.

The recovered Mercedes-Benz has been seized and returned to Nairobi, while detectives continue their manhunt for the suspects, vowing to bring the criminals to justice.
