NAIROBI, Kenya — The Ministry of Education has assured teachers, examiners, and coordinators that all pending payments from the 2025 Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) exams will be cleared promptly.
Education Principal Secretary Julius Bitok said the ministry is working closely with the National Treasury to ensure that everyone involved in administering, supervising, and marking the exams receives their dues.
“I want to assure all our stakeholders who took part in the 2025 examination that we are working very closely with the Treasury, and their dues will be paid as soon as possible,” PS Bitok said.

He added that the ministry is committed to improving the welfare of examination personnel, which will help guarantee smooth delivery of future national assessments.
