The selected candidates will face interviews starting November 19, 2024, at the Public Service Commission House in Nairobi.
According to a notice published in local dailies on Friday, the interviews will span three days, with five candidates appearing before the panel on the first day, November 19.
Among those set to be interviewed on that day are Stephen Masha Ngowa, Doreen Nkatha Muthaura, Jackson Kaunda Mue, Joseph Vincent Onyango, and Paul Ndemo Maina.
The second day, November 20, will see Vincent Omari Okongo, Peter Lokol Lomulen (PWD), Obadiah Kipkoech Keitany, John Tentemo Ole Moyaki, and David Kiplagat Ruto Too face the interview panel.
Rounding off the interviews on November 21 will be Abdi Ahmed Mohamud, Justa Wawira Mwangi (PWD), Mohamed Abdul Mmaka, and Waweru Karanja.
All candidates are required to present original copies of their National Identity Cards, academic and professional certificates, self-declaration forms stamped by the Commission, and valid clearances from key institutions such as the Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA), Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI), Higher Education Loans Board (HELB), and the Credit Reference Bureau (CRB).
Candidates who obtained degrees from foreign universities must also provide letters of recognition from the Commission of Higher Education, alongside any other relevant professional or recommendation letters.
The EACC has invited members of the public to participate in the selection process by submitting any credible information about the shortlisted candidates’ suitability.
Submissions must be made via sworn affidavit and sent to the EACC Chairperson, Dr. David Oginde, either via email or delivered to the Integrity Center in Nairobi.
The process follows an advertisement for the CEO position on September 17, with the application window closing on October 7, 2024.
The role is critical as the EACC seeks to strengthen its fight against corruption in the country.
