KUCCPS Opens 63 Support Centers Across Kenya for 2025 University, College Applicants

NAIROBI, Kenya — If you’re eyeing a spot in a university, technical training institute, or teacher training college (TTC) for the September 2025 intake, the Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service (KUCCPS) has your back.

The agency has launched 63 support centers across 47 counties to assist applicants with the placement process.

From April 2 to April 13, KUCCPS officers will be stationed at these centers to provide guidance, ensuring students make informed choices about their courses and institutions.

Additionally, assistance will be available at all 58 Huduma Centers and KUCCPS headquarters at ACK Garden House in Nairobi.

Where to Get KUCCPS Application Support

Western, Nyanza & Rift Valley Regions

If you’re in Western and Nyanza, you can visit:

  • Alupe University (Busia), Jaramogi Oginga Odinga University (Siaya), Kibabii University (Bungoma), Kisii University, and Rongo University (Migori).
  • Other locations include Maseno University (Kisumu), Masinde Muliro University (Kakamega), and Nyamira National Polytechnic.

For students in Rift Valley, support centers are available at:

  • Egerton University (Nakuru), Moi University (Uasin Gishu), Maasai Mara University (Narok), and University of Eldoret.
  • Those in technical training can visit Baringo National Polytechnic, Kitale National Polytechnic, and Sotik Technical Training Institute.

Central, Eastern & Northeastern Kenya

Applicants in Central Kenya can find help at:

  • Dedan Kimathi University (Nyeri), Kirinyaga University, Murang’a University of Technology, and Nyandarua National Polytechnic.

In Eastern & Northeastern Kenya, KUCCPS has set up support in:

  • Meru University, Embu University, Garissa University, and Machakos University.
  • Technical college applicants can visit Kaelo Technical (Meru), Laisamis Technical (Marsabit), and Mandera Technical Training Institute.

Coast & Nairobi

For those along the Coast, visit:

  • Pwani University, Technical University of Mombasa, Taita Taveta University, and Lamu East Technical College.

In Nairobi, assistance is available at Karen Institute for the Deaf and KUCCPS headquarters at ACK Garden House in the Community Area.
