Kenyan singer-songwriter Nviiri The Storyteller has sparked stated in the Iko Nini podcast appearance, that he made significant lifestyle adjustments to safeguard his mental well-being.
Speaking on the Iko Nini Podcast, the artist suggested that he traded in his smartphone for a basic Nokia model and moved from the City to Limuru in pursuit of a quieter, less demanding life.
During the conversation, Nviiri explained that the constant connectivity associated with smartphone use had become overwhelming.
He felt that social-media, apps and the destruction that happens online was the motivating factors.
