NAIROBI, Kenya – The National Police Service (NPS) has condemned the violent assault of a woman in Narok County, vowing swift justice for the perpetrators of what it described as a “barbaric” attack.
The incident occurred in Mbene, Ngarite area of Narok Central Sub-County and came to public attention after amateur footage of the assault circulated widely on social media.
The disturbing video sparked outrage online, with many Kenyans calling for the attackers’ immediate arrest.

“This egregious act constitutes gender-based violence, assault, and kidnapping. These are serious criminal offences under Kenyan law, and the Service will not relent in bringing the perpetrators to justice,” the NPS said.
