Trianum Targets East African Expansion as it Marks 15 Years

Date:

NAIROBI, Kenya – Trianum Hospitality, a independent hotel and serviced apartment operator in East Africa, is set to expand its footprint across the region as it celebrates 15 years of operations.

With a compounded annual growth rate of 189pc, the company has established itself as a significant player in the hospitality industry.

Founded in 2011, Trianum offers a diverse portfolio of properties, including serviced apartments, boutique lifestyle hotels, and homestays.

Its portfolio comprises 21 hotels and serviced apartments, with over 50 consultancy assignments completed, often in partnership with HVS.

The company’s offerings cater to both corporate and leisure travelers, providing high-quality, fully furnished, and serviced accommodations.

Trianum’s expansion strategy focuses on regional growth, with plans to enter markets in Rwanda, Uganda, Tanzania, and Zanzibar.

The company registered Trianum Century Rwanda Limited in 2024, marking its entry into the Rwandan market.

This move aligns with Trianum’s vision to become a pan-African hospitality brand.

CEO Liza Uku emphasized the importance of investing in human capital and operational structures to support the company’s growth.

“For us, it’s people and investing in the right people as we move forward. And yes, building structures, operational structures in order to be able to move forward,” she stated.

As Trianum continues to expand, it remains committed to providing exceptional hospitality experiences and contributing to the development of the East African hospitality sector.
