Kenya to Integrate Education System Under One Platform

Date:

NAIROBI, Kenya — The Ministry of Education has announced plans to integrate Kenya’s entire education ecosystem under a single digital platform, aimed at improving coordination and service delivery.

Basic Education PS Julius Bitok said the new system will enable seamless management of data across all levels of education.

“Under the new system, the entire education ecosystem will be integrated under one platform, enabling seamless coordination, improved data management, and more effective service delivery,” he said.

Education analysts note that the move could enhance efficiency in monitoring student performance, teacher deployment, and resource allocation, while also reducing administrative bottlenecks.

The Ministry has not yet specified the rollout timeline, but PS Bitok emphasized that the platform will be a key tool in modernizing Kenya’s education sector and improving outcomes for students nationwide.
