Kenya’s New ‘Insta-Cabinet’ App to Let Citizens Run the Government

Date:

NAIROBI, Kenya- In a groundbreaking move, President William Ruto has announced the launch of the “Insta-Cabinet,” a new initiative designed to bring the government closer to the people.

The digital platform will allow Kenyan citizens to directly vote on key government decisions, including policy changes, appointments, and even the allocation of public funds.

Through a smartphone app, users will be able to instantly weigh in on critical issues, effectively turning the entire country into a “real-time” government.

Officials believe this initiative will empower ordinary citizens to take part in the decision-making process like never before, reducing bureaucracy and promoting transparency.

The President stated, “This will be the most democratic form of governance, where each citizen has a direct voice in shaping the country’s future.”

Early trials of the system, expected to begin in the coming months, will focus on small-scale issues before scaling up to larger national matters.

Before you get too excited, though, it’s important to remember – this is an April Fool’s joke!

The “Insta-Cabinet” is not real, and while it may be an interesting concept, it’s definitely not coming anytime soon. Enjoy the day, and keep an eye out for more pranks!

Happy April 1st from Y News!
