Why the Safari Rally is a Motorsport Icon
Dubbed one of the toughest and most unpredictable rallies on the WRC calendar, the Safari Rally Kenya is more than just a race—it’s a battle of skill, endurance, and survival.
The Naivasha stages will challenge drivers with a mix of fesh-fesh sand, rocky paths, and potential rain showers, making strategy just as important as speed.
Kenya’s rally scene has been dominated by Toyota Gazoo Racing, but Hyundai and Ford drivers are determined to shake things up.
Thierry Neuville of Hyundai is looking to snap Toyota’s streak, while local driver Carl Tundo aims to make homegrown talent proud.
A Thrilling Finale Awaits in Naivasha
The four-day rally will climax on Sunday with the Wolf Power Stage, the final stretch where the fastest drivers will battle for bonus championship points.
The award ceremony is set for 3:30 PM in Naivasha, where the 2025 Safari Rally winner will be crowned.
One thing’s for sure—this is a race where only the toughest will survive.
