Kansai Plascon Raises Instant Cash Rewards for Painters in 2026 Promotion

Date:

NAIROBI, Kenya — Kansai Plascon Kenya has launched the 2026 Rangi Ya Chapaa promotion, offering painters instant cash rewards of Sh300 per qualifying paint tin, up from KSh 200, marking a 50% increase.

The nationwide promotion runs from 1 January to 31 March 2026, targeting painters, fundis, and contractors, and aims to provide immediate financial value at the point of purchase.

Each tin of selected paint products contains a scratch card, redeemable instantly via M-Pesa.

Speaking about the promotion, Kota Enami, Managing Director of Kansai Plascon Kenya, said the increase reflects the company’s efforts to reward painters in practical ways.

“Rangi Ya Chapaa is built on simplicity, trust, and consistency. By increasing the instant reward to KSh 300, we are delivering greater value and recognising the contribution of painters as they start the year,” Enami said.

Kunal Biswas, Marketing Manager, said the promotion is designed to be simple and transparent.

“Painters buy a tin, scratch, and receive instant cash — no delays, no complications. Increasing the reward strengthens the value proposition and reinforces our relationship with the trade,” he added.

The promotion forms part of Kansai Plascon Kenya’s wider strategy to support painters through immediate rewards, loyalty initiatives, and long-term engagement.

Enami said the company’s focus remains on building trust and supporting the people who use its products daily.
