Police arrested 30-year-old Charles Otibong’or Muruga and 29-year-old Joel Dienya Swart, who were inside the vehicle at the time of the operation.
However, the driver of the vehicle, identified only as Newton, managed to escape during the operation and is currently being sought by authorities.
