NAIROBI, Kenya — The Kenya National Examinations Council (KNEC) has issued clear instructions to candidates, parents, and schools on accessing the 2025 Kenya Primary School Education Assessment (KPSEA) and Kenya Intermediate Level Education Assessment (KILEA) performance reports.
For KPSEA candidates, results can be retrieved online through the official KNEC portal at kpsea.knec.ac.ke.
Users must enter their assessment number, at least one registered name, and accept the privacy and access notice before conducting a search. The system provides instant access to individual learner performance reports once the correct details are entered.
KILEA candidates, however, will access their results through their respective schools rather than online.
Schools can also retrieve individual learner reports through the Competency-Based Assessment (CBA) portal at cba.knec.ac.ke, allowing institutions to download and manage assessment records efficiently.
KNEC congratulated all candidates and reaffirmed its commitment to delivering credible certification and high-quality assessments.
The council urged users to rely solely on official platforms and warned against sharing examination details on unofficial websites or social media.

The 2025 KPSEA exams were sat by 1,298,089 candidates, while 1,130,669 candidates participated in the inaugural KJSEA under the Competency-Based Curriculum (CBC), marking a milestone in Kenya’s education assessment framework.
KNEC maintains an active presence on its website and social media channels for updates and public engagement.
