Junet Mohamed Says ODM Still Focused on Capturing Power

Date:

KILIFI, Kenya – Suna East MP Junet Mohamed has reaffirmed the Orange Democratic Movement’s (ODM) commitment to capturing power, saying the party remains united and determined despite political challenges.

Speaking in Kilifi County alongside other ODM leaders, Junet said the party was “forged in sweat, toil and blood” with the mission of bringing real change to Kenyans.

“We will continue to pursue power even as we fight for the rights of all Kenyans to enjoy government services and shared national resources,” he said.

Junet added that ODM remains committed to national unity, equality of citizens, constitutionalism and the rule of law.

He emphasised that the party is firmly behind Party Leader Dr. Oburu Odinga, describing him as a loyal and principled leader acting in the best interests of the party.

The leaders urged supporters to remain steadfast and keep alive the vision of an ODM-led government.
