NAIROBI, Kenya — Former President Uhuru Kenyatta has joined Kenyans in mourning the death of former Lugari Member of Parliament, Cyrus Shakhalaga Khwa Jirongo, who tragically lost his life in a road accident along the Naivasha–Nakuru Highway on Saturday morning.
