DUBAI, UAE — Emirates has suspended all flights to and from Dubai until further notice, citing safety concerns amid ongoing disruptions.
In a statement issued through its official support channels, the airline urged passengers not to travel to the airport while the suspension remains in place.
“The safety of our passengers and crew is our highest priority and will not be compromised,” the airline said.
The carrier said it will provide further updates as the situation evolves and thanked customers for their patience and understanding.
Travel options for affected passengers
Emirates said passengers scheduled to travel between February 28 and March 31 will have several options available.
Customers may rebook on an alternative flight to their intended destination for travel on or before April 30.
Passengers who booked tickets through travel agents have been advised to contact their agents directly, while those who booked with the airline can reach Emirates through its customer support channels.
Travellers may also request a refund by submitting a refund request through the airline’s official platform.
Check-in closures
The airline further announced that all city check-in locations across Dubai have been temporarily closed until further notice.
Passengers have been advised to ensure their contact details are updated through the airline’s booking management portal to receive timely notifications about changes or rescheduled flights.
Emirates said additional information will be provided through its official platforms as the situation develops.
