Is there any end to the bickering, downward spiral that is Kenyan Politics?

Date:

NAIROBI, Kenya: Kenya makes for one big tempested vessel at the moment. The storms rocking the country aren’t to be underestimated, but the captains of this vessel seem to love to stir it even without the ever-raging windstorms.

Like any other country with its own set of issues, this country has a fair set to contend with. A myriad of challenges emerges in the always-shifting dynamics.

Corruption,  joblessness, failed institutions among many more inadequacies.
Away from the usual incompetence that Kenyans are accustomed to, the Kenya Kwanza regime has a peculiarity that is piling onto the troubles that a Kenyan suffers which could as well be their prerogative. A below-average administration that keeps hitting new lows with each new dawn.

While on the streets a while back, a Kenyan demanded better governance and systems and policies that actually work. A few months later, all the policymakers are talking about is an impeachment no one cares about and shady policies that can’t be explained either.

Through propaganda and bizarre allegations under the guise of patriotism, different corners of the country are deeply polarized, and there’s no telling where the tipping point will be. Even if they tried, one can’t steer clear of the messy maze that politics in the country is.

Akin to many tempested vessels, the legislators are in disarray, doing the most with no admirable results. Bickering is at the center stage. It is a sorry state of affairs for any country, an embarrassment to the younger generations, a headache for the adults, and chaos for the foreseeable future.

Everywhere you turn, you are bombarded with misinformation, lies, and corruption. The political climate is polluted worldwide, and there seems to be no end to the downward spiral. However, at the peak of it, the disgruntled lot will always be the casualties.
