What ISO 9001:2015 Certification Means
ISO 9001:2015 is an international standard for quality management systems that helps organisations establish consistent processes, monitor performance and improve the quality of their services.
For the Bungoma County Assembly, the certification signals a commitment to strengthening internal procedures, improving accountability and embedding continuous improvement in its operations.
KEBS said it remained committed to supporting institutions in adopting standards aimed at promoting quality, efficiency and better service delivery.
The certification places the Bungoma County Assembly at the forefront of quality management among county legislatures in Kenya, according to KEBS.
The achievement also highlights the role of quality standards in strengthening public institutions and improving how government services are delivered to citizens.
