NAIROBI, Kenya- In a significant move for the Kenyan real estate market, Superior Homes Kenya has unveiled its latest project, Kanzi Springs, expanding its operations into Kiambu County.
This 60-acre development follows the remarkable success of the company’s 163-acre Greenpark Estate, cementing Superior Homes’ reputation as a pioneer in the industry.
Kanzi Springs is part of a larger 300-acre master plan featuring fully serviced plots, offering future homeowners a blend of convenience and luxury.
Superior Homes Kenya CEO Shiv Arora emphasized the strategic importance of investing in real estate, highlighting Kanzi Springs’ state-of-the-art amenities and community-focused features.
Located just 12 kilometers off the Thika Superhighway from the Kimbo area and accessible via Kiganjo Road from Ruiru town, Kanzi Springs is poised to become a prime residential destination.
Superior Homes Kenya’s Managing Director Ian Henderson pointed out that Kanzi Springs marks the company’s first foray into Kiambu County, with plans for further expansions in the pipeline.
He drew parallels with the company’s previous achievements, particularly the Greenpark Estate in Athi River, Machakos County, which set new standards for open-plan gated community living.
The launch of Kanzi Springs comes at a time when Kenya’s real estate market is on an upward trajectory.
According to the latest Statista Real Estate Kenya report for 2024, the market is projected to reach a staggering value of $733.40 billion (Sh103.7 trillion) by the end of the year.
The residential segment leads this growth, with a projected volume of $657.60 billion (Sh85.3 trillion). The market is expected to grow at an annual rate of 5.18pc from 2024 to 2029, potentially hitting $944.10 billion (Sh122.5 trillion) by 2029.
This surge is driven by the increasing demand for affordable housing amid rapid urbanization.
Superior Homes Kenya’s diverse portfolio includes noteworthy projects such as Fadhili Care, Greenpark Sundowner, Pazuri at Vipingo in Kilifi County, Lake Elementaita Mountain Lodge in Nakuru County, and Lukenya Wildlife Estate in Machakos County.
As the company celebrates its 20th anniversary on August 4, it continues to set new benchmarks in the real estate sector.
With the launch of Kanzi Springs, Superior Homes Kenya is not just expanding its footprint but also reinforcing its legacy of pioneering developments.
As the real estate market in Kenya continues to grow, projects like Kanzi Springs promise to meet the rising demand for quality, affordable housing, driving the industry forward.
