NAIROBI, Kenya — The Affordable Housing Board (AHB) has announced 49 job vacancies across senior management, technical, and administrative roles.
In a public notice issued Tuesday, the board invited qualified and competent Kenyans to apply.
“The Affordable Housing Board seeks to recruit qualified and highly competent staff to fill the following vacant positions,” the notice read in part.
Senior Management Positions
Among the top vacancies are Corporation Secretary and General Manager, Legal Services; General Manager, Fund Services; General Manager, Project Development (Architect); General Manager, Corporate Services; and General Manager, Internal Audit.
The board is also seeking managers in Legal Services, Home Allocation, Credit Management, Investment and Resource Mobilization, Project Management (Engineer), Estate Management, Land Administration, Supply Chain Management, Human Resource Management and Administration, ICT, Accounts and Finance, and Planning.
Mid-Level and Technical Roles
Other openings include Assistant Managers in Corporate Communications, Home Finance, Investment and Resource Mobilization, and Monitoring and Evaluation. The board is also hiring Principal Officers in Monitoring and Evaluation, HRM and Administration, Credit, Records Management, Accounts, and Internal Audit.
Additional roles include Senior Supply Chain Management Officer, Senior Projects Management Officer (Urban Planner), Senior Planning Officer, Senior Legal Officer, Senior Investment and Resource Mobilization Officer, and Senior Corporate Communications Officer.
The agency is also recruiting Project Management Officers (Quantity Surveyor and Architect), Estate Management Officer II, Land Administration Officer II, Credit Officer I, Supply Chain Management Assistant, Records Management Officer I, Customer Care Assistant II, Accounts Assistant III, Drivers, and Office Assistants.
