NCBA Bank Leads Over 100 Business Clients on Market Exposure Trip to China

Date:

NAIROBI, Kenya- On Saturday, more than 100 NCBA Bank Commercial and SME customers set off on a 12-day market exposure trip to China.

This initiative offers participants a unique opportunity to immerse themselves in one of the world’s most influential business hubs.

Organized as part of NCBA’s ongoing commitment to empower its clients, the trip is designed to expose Kenyan entrepreneurs to global trade, emerging markets, and cutting-edge industry trends.

Since 2016, NCBA has organized market exposure trips with the goal of expanding its SME and Commercial Enterprises customers’ horizons. This year’s trip takes participants to key Chinese cities, including Hong Kong, Foshan, Guangzhou, and Shenzhen, all of which play pivotal roles in global trade and innovation.

The trip is an invaluable opportunity for participants to source trading equipment and goods, explore partnerships, and gain insights into the latest technological advancements.

China’s status as a global manufacturing and technological powerhouse makes it a prime destination for businesses looking to grow and scale.

This exposure allows NCBA clients to stay ahead of market trends and explore opportunities in industries such as green energy, manufacturing, technology, and logistics.

NCBA Bank isn’t just offering a trip—it’s providing robust financial support to help its customers maximize the benefits of this experience.

As part of the package, the bank offers a range of financial solutions, including preferential foreign currency rates for USD, business banking loans, and financing options for imported goods.

These tools are designed to help Kenyan businesses take full advantage of the international partnerships and market opportunities they discover during their time in China.

In addition to the business-related activities, participants will also attend the Canton Fair, one of the largest trade shows in the world.

By visiting manufacturing industries and engaging with industry leaders, they will be able to forge strategic partnerships and take their businesses to new heights.
