NAIROBI, Kenya — Social media personality Purity Vishenwa, popularly known as Pritty Vishy, has revealed she has resumed using Ozempic despite recently undergoing multiple cosmetic procedures to transform her appearance.
In a video shared on Instagram, the influencer is seen receiving an injection on her abdomen, hinting at a return to the weight-loss drug.
“Acha nitumie ozeba for the last time kalamba down😭😂😂😂,” she captioned the clip.
Her decision has sparked renewed attention, coming just weeks after she underwent a second round of cosmetic surgeries.
Vishy has been open about her body transformation journey, which began with weight loss aided by Ozempic before progressing to surgical procedures.
In her first round of surgeries around August 2025, she reportedly spent over Sh 500,000 on procedures including a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL), Liposuction 360, and a tummy tuck to achieve a more contoured figure.
Nearly a year later, in April 2026, she underwent additional procedures including arm liposuction and brachioplasty, a breast lift, and fat transfer to enhance her curves.
The influencer has also candidly shared the challenges of recovery, including post-surgery pain, wound complications, and the difficulty of maintaining results.
She previously revealed that sitting too early after her BBL affected the outcome, leaving one side less pronounced.
Despite criticism, Vishy has maintained that her choices are personal and aimed at boosting her self-image, noting that cosmetic procedures often require ongoing maintenance through lifestyle adjustments.
A Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) is a cosmetic procedure that enhances the shape and size of the buttocks using fat transferred from other parts of the body, while liposuction removes excess fat to improve body contour.
A tummy tuck, on the other hand, flattens the abdomen by removing excess skin and tightening muscles.
All procedures carry risks and typically require strict aftercare during recovery.
