Celebrity barber Sam Kitiki has shared a deeply emotional update on his ongoing health struggle, revealing that he recently came dangerously close to losing his life while battling gastrointestinal stromal tumor (GIST cancer).

“Last week Wednesday, I almost lost my life. But by God’s grace, I’m still here, still fighting, and still holding onto hope,” he added.
