How To Check KCSE Results

NAIROBI, Kenya – The Education Cabinet Secretary, Julius Ogamba, announced the 2024 Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) examination results on Thursday, ending weeks of anticipation among candidates and their families.

A total of 965,512 candidates sat for the exams across 10,755 centers nationwide last year.

This year marks a historic moment as female candidates outnumbered their male counterparts for the first time since the inception of KCSE.

A total of 482,202 female candidates participated, compared to 480,310 male candidates.

How to Check KCSE Results

Candidates can access their results through the Kenya National Examinations Council (KNEC) website at https://results.knec.ac.ke.

The process is simple and can be completed in a few steps:

1. Access the results portal using the link: https://results.knec.ac.ke.

2. Key in your index number and any one of your registered names in the spaces provided.

3. Click on the “View Results” button, and the results will appear on the screen.
