Zanzibar First Lady Mama Mariam Mwinyi has paid a special hospital visit to Tanzanian music stars Diamond Platnumz and Zuchu following the birth of their first child together, a baby girl.
The high-profile visit took place on Monday, August 3, 2026, at Saifee Hospital in Ada Estate, Kinondoni, Dar es Salaam, where the couple has been receiving family, friends and prominent public figures since welcoming their daughter.
Mama Mariam Mwinyi, who also serves as the Chairperson of the Zanzibar Maisha Bora Foundation, visited the maternity ward to congratulate the new parents and extend her blessings to the newborn.
During the visit, the First Lady wished the baby a life filled with good health, happiness, success and divine protection as she congratulated the family on the milestone.
