TURKANA, Kenya- Armed bandits have launched a major attack at Kenya Revenue Authority offices construction site in Turkana County, sources privy to the incident have revealed to Y News.
The attack has also affected Lobokat Girls Secondary School.
“It started at 10am,” a senior security officer told Y News.
Multi-agency security teams have been deployed and are currently engaging the attackers.
“The exchange of fire has affected the flow of traffic to and from Lodwar,” another source said.
