NAIROBI, Kenya — The Public Service Commission (PSC) has announced a fresh recruitment drive, inviting qualified Kenyans to apply for 130 vacancies across public universities, government ministries, and the National Government Constituencies Development Fund (NG-CDF).
In a notice published on July 21, the Commission said applications are open for senior university leadership positions, diplomatic service roles, correctional services jobs, and a board appointment.
“Applications are invited from qualified persons for the positions shown below,” the PSC said in the advertisement.
Public University Leadership Positions
The Commission is seeking candidates for several senior management positions in public universities, including:

- Online through the PSC jobs portal.
- By hand delivery to the Office of the Secretary/CEO, Public Service Commission, 4th Floor, Commission House, Off Harambee Avenue, Nairobi.
- Via registered mail addressed to the Secretary/CEO, Public Service Commission.
Documents Required
Shortlisted candidates will be required to present original copies of the following during interviews:
- National Identity Card.
- Academic and professional certificates, including transcripts.
- Relevant testimonials and supporting documents.
- Valid clearance certificates from:
- Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA)
- Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC)
- Higher Education Loans Board (HELB)
- A registered Credit Reference Bureau (CRB)
- Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) Police Clearance
- Recommendations from relevant professional bodies where applicable.
- Recommendation letters from at least three referees submitted separately to the Commission.
