Content creator Scholastica Meme, popularly known as Gen Z Mama Mboga, has ended her content partnership with Dappa Man.
Meme, who built a significant online following through relatable videos and skits with Dappa Man, confirmed that the pair were never romantically involved despite the nature of their content.
The announcement marks the end of a content partnership that had led many social media users to believe that the two creators were in a genuine relationship.
Meme announced that she had decided to stop creating joint content with Dappa Man as she looks to take a different direction with her online career.
“I have decided to end my content creation with Dappaman and this is my choice,” she shared.
The content creator explained that the relationship portrayed in their videos did not reflect their private lives. According to her, the romance was part of the creative concept behind their content rather than an actual relationship.

She clarified that she and Dappa Man were never a couple in real life, despite the chemistry and relationship dynamics they displayed on camera.
She disclosed that the relationship storyline was scripted, meaning the situations and interactions presented to viewers were created for entertainment purposes.
Meme said she now wants to concentrate on herself and pursue a different phase of her content creation journey. The end of the partnership does not signal the end of Meme’s content creation career.
Instead, she intends to continue creating content independently while placing greater emphasis on her own journey.
“I’m choosing to focus on my personal life, my growth, and creating content that is authentic to me,” she wrote.
