NAIROBI, Kenya — All eyes are on Vera Sidika’s budding relationship with her younger lover — much to the surprise of the socialite.
Taking to Instagram, the mother of two vented about the amount of attention her dating life is getting after an internet user questioned why she is currently dating a Gen Z over politicians and billionaires.
In the clip, Vera admits that while all her romance partners come with their own bag of mischief, currently she says she finds it rather unexpected.
Despite the intense scrutiny, Sidika said she will stick around to whoever she wants because to her, there’s more to the relationship than inspiring a media circus.
She captioned the clip: “YES!!! I deserve billionaires & politicians then again, I also deserve to date whoever I wanna date.”
She argues that she has previously dated all age groups but right now, netizens and fans should let her be with her Gen-Z lover.
“I’ve dated all the age groups. There was a time I used to date all the men now and people called me a gold digger saying I’m with men for money. Now I’m just living my life you are calling me a sponsor. What do you want? To be a gold digger or a sponsor. I don’t understand,” she stated
“I dated someone my age, had two babies, got married and I was loyal for three years and it didn’t work out. Wacha mimi nidate ma-Gen-Z. I feel like it’s now too much and it needs to rest.”
Meanwhile, Vera Sidika, who is currently on vacation, is yet to publicly reveal her young lover, even as online speculation suggests she may be dating an artiste.
