NAIROBI, Kenya- Viwandani Ward Member of County Assembly (MCA) Aaron Kang’ara Wangari has been charged alongside two other suspects over an alleged violent robbery that occurred in Nairobi’s Donholm area last month.
The MCA appeared before the Makadara Law Courts on Tuesday together with co-accused Kefa Munyoro and Zablon Kirima Mwangi, where they faced charges of robbery with violence.
According to investigators, the three were arrested following investigations into a robbery reported on June 26, 2026, in Donholm.

Following the investigations, the suspects were apprehended and presented before the Makadara Law Courts to answer to the charges.
All three pleaded not guilty when the charges were read before the court.
The court granted each accused person a bond of Sh1 million with an alternative cash bail of KSh500,000 pending the hearing and determination of the case.
The case is expected to proceed to trial, where the prosecution will present evidence to support the robbery with violence charges against the three accused.
