Celebrated Kenyan celebrity fashion designer Bolo Bespoke has once again captured the attention of fans after proposing to his longtime partner and wife, Josephine Mueni, during a romantic getaway in Dubai.
The heartwarming proposal, which Bolo shared on Instagram alongside a touching video, quickly sent social media into a frenzy as fans flooded the couple with congratulatory messages.
Sharing the emotional moment with his followers, Bolo captioned the video with words that instantly caught attention online.
“And on the breathtaking skyline of Dubai, I asked the woman I love to be mine forever, and she said YES.”
The romantic proposal happened against one of Dubai’s stunning nighttime cityscapes, creating a picture-perfect moment that reflected the couple’s lifestyle and public love story that fans have followed closely over the years.
Videos shared online showed the intimate proposal setup with Dubai’s famous illuminated skyline and a spectacular Ferris wheel glowing brightly in the background as Bolo got down on one knee to ask Mueni the big question.
While many fans were surprised by the proposal, the couple had already formalized their relationship during a highly publicized traditional wedding ceremony in late 2024.
The Dubai proposal was shared hours after the couple announced the pregnancy of their third child.
The pregnancy announcement carries even deeper emotional significance for the family after Josephine Mueni openly reflected on the difficult journey she endured before reaching this stage.
In an emotional message shared with followers, Mueni revealed that before successfully carrying their children, she had gone through the heartbreaking pain of experiencing two miscarriages, moments she described as some of the darkest periods in her life.
She expressed gratitude to God for finally blessing their family once again, saying brighter days had finally arrived after seasons of pain and uncertainty.
Before building his now successful luxury fashion empire Bespoke City, Bolo Bespoke has repeatedly credited Mueni for standing by him during some of his hardest financial struggles.
The designer previously revealed that back in 2017, when he was still struggling financially and living in Umoja, Mueni played a crucial role in supporting him.
According to Bolo, Josephine helped him survive during difficult times by paying his rent, buying food, and believing in him long before success came knocking.
