NAIROBI, Kenya- In a bold move to simplify app development and foster tech innovation in Kenya, Huawei Technologies on Wednesday launched the AppCube Hackathon, a competition designed to boost creativity with zero-code and low-code development.
This innovative approach opens doors for developers of all skill levels, helping businesses and budding developers quickly build, deploy, and manage applications without needing extensive coding skills.
The first-ever AppCube Hackathon Summit is set to take place from December 2 to December 6, 2024, at Huawei’s Kenyan offices, where participants will showcase their ideas and network with top industry professionals.
Alongside the Hackathon, Huawei unveiled a suite of digital solutions to transform business processes and optimize customer interactions.
Among these is the Artificial Intelligence Contact Center (AICC), a powerful tool aimed at revamping traditional call centers.
Leveraging AI to streamline customer engagement, AICC enables smarter interactions, faster resolutions, and seamless management of customer data, creating a smoother experience for both businesses and their clients.
This advanced tool is poised to elevate customer service standards, improve efficiency, and ultimately enhance customer satisfaction.
The company also introduced a Data Operation Platform, which provides businesses with an all-in-one toolkit for efficient data management and analytics.
Designed to enhance reliability, this platform helps organizations optimize data handling, ensuring more efficient operations and delivering critical insights to support decision-making.
