Digital content creator Tesoti has called out Radio Jambo presenter Massawe Japanni over the personal questions she faced during a recent interview, saying the conversation caught her off guard.
Tesoti said the interview moved into subjects she does not normally discuss publicly, including her family and personal background.
Speaking on Saturday, September 26, Tesoti said she had not received the questions before appearing on the radio show on Friday, September 25, 2026. She questioned the approach of inviting guests through social media and then introducing highly personal subjects once they are already on air.
The content creator also revealed that she described Massawe as a “rage baiter” during their interaction.
“That woman, when I had an interview with her yesterday, I even called her a rage baiter. I told her you rage baited the … out of me,” Tesoti said.
Tesoti’s comments followed her appearance on Radio Jambo’s Bustani La Massawe, where she said she was confronted with questions she had not anticipated.
One of the questions that particularly surprised Tesoti concerned her virginity.
She questioned why a radio interview would move into such an intimate subject without the guest knowing beforehand that the topic would come up.
“How do you go on a radio station and someone asks you when did you lose your virginity? I wonder, when did radio…” Tesoti said.
Tesoti suggested that the unexpected nature of the question left her having to respond quickly while still trying to process what she had been asked.
She said guests invited to radio interviews often have to respond immediately once the interview starts, especially when they have not been given the questions beforehand.
“Mind you, they DM you; they don’t tell you about the questions you are going to be asked; now you have to be quick with them,” she said.
The comments highlight Tesoti’s concern about the difference between preparing for a media interview and being confronted with personal questions in real time.
Tesoti said Massawe’s questions did not stop at relationships or intimate matters.
According to the content creator, the presenter also asked about her family and background, subjects she said she deliberately keeps away from her social media platforms.
Tesoti explained that she has made a conscious decision not to make her family part of her public online presence.
“So now when the questions were being popped, she asked about my family, she asked about my … more like my background check, and I was dismissing it,” Tesoti said.
“So now I am wondering, what’s up with Massawe?” Tesoti said.
