NAIROBI, Kenya- David Kipsang Keter has secured the United Democratic Alliance (UDA) ticket for the Emurua Dikirr parliamentary by-election after a closely contested nomination.

According to official results, Keter garnered 13,749 votes, narrowly defeating Bernard Kipkoech Ngeno, who received 13,394 votes.
