Jolly Mutesi, former Miss Rwanda 2016 has unveiled her newly completed luxury mansion in Kigali, an opulent property estimated to be worth over Rwf 1.3 billion (approximately Sh 140 million).
The former beauty queen turned entrepreneur offered fans a glimpse into the high-end residence, sparking widespread conversation online about her lifestyle, success, and the source of her wealth.

The property is a three-storey modern home designed with both comfort and indulgence in mind. From the visuals shared, the mansion stands out for its sleek architectural design, expansive interiors, and premium finishes.
Among the standout features are a private swimming pool, a fully equipped gym, a home theatre for entertainment, a massage room for relaxation, a games room fitted with a pool table, a dedicated beauty and glam space among other features.

According to reports, Mutesi initially purchased the property while it was still under construction for about Rwf 600 million.
She then went on to invest an additional Rwf 700 million to complete and customize the house to her taste. The upgrades included interior design enhancements, luxury fittings, and the addition of lifestyle amenities that elevate the home into a private sanctuary.
This brings the total cost to over Rwf 1.3 billion, firmly placing it among the most talked-about celebrity homes in the region.

Since being crowned Miss Rwanda in 2016, Mutesi has steadily built a brand that extends far beyond pageantry. She has transitioned into a businesswoman, influencer, and public figure, leveraging her platform into multiple income streams.
Today, she boasts a strong social media presence with over a million followers, positioning her as one of Rwanda’s most visible digital personalities. Her partnerships with brands, alongside entrepreneurial ventures, are believed to contribute significantly to her growing wealth.
Beyond the house, Mutesi is no stranger to luxury. She has previously been linked to high-end assets, including a Mercedes-Benz G63, further reinforcing her image as part of a rising class of young, wealthy African influencers redefining success on their own terms.
