Kenyan social media personality Amber Ray has shared a positive update on her recovery after undergoing three cosmetic procedures in Turkey.
The socialite travelled to Turkey earlier this month for an aesthetic transformation and eventually underwent three procedures during the same medical trip.
Following the procedures, Amber Ray took to her Instagram Stories to reassure her followers that she was recovering well and had found the process easier than she initially expected.
The update came after she was discharged from the clinic and moved to a hotel, where she is continuing her recovery.
“Waking up feeling grateful because imagine doing 3 surgeries at once and my recovery has been this smooth!” she shared, expressing her appreciation for how her body had responded following the procedures.
Amber Ray undergoes three procedures
Amber Ray had initially travelled to Turkey primarily for breast augmentation, a procedure she had previously discussed publicly.
However, the influencer ultimately underwent three cosmetic procedures at once.
The procedures included breast surgery, Lipo 360 and a calf fat transfer.
The breast procedure was intended to give her a fuller and firmer appearance, while the Lipo 360 procedure focused on body contouring around her midsection.
Her doctor also recommended a calf fat transfer, which involved transferring fat to her calves to create what was described as a more balanced aesthetic.
Amber has openly documented parts of the process, including conversations surrounding the procedures and her preparations before entering the operating room.
She also underwent cosmetic dental work involving 21 teeth during her stay in Turkey.
The dental treatment formed part of her broader transformation and remains one of the final treatments she plans to complete before leaving the country.
She admits the recovery was painful
Despite describing her recovery as smooth, Amber Ray has not portrayed the experience as completely painless.
She previously opened up about the moments immediately after the surgery, describing intense discomfort and extreme coldness after leaving the operating room.
The socialite said she briefly felt as though she was dying, highlighting the physical toll of undergoing multiple procedures during one surgical session.
However, her subsequent updates have taken a more positive tone as she continues to recover.
Amber has also praised the medical team at Mono Cosmetic Surgery, expressing satisfaction with the quality of care she received.
She said she was impressed by the appearance of the surgical cuts, describing them as “minimal and neat.”
The comments reflected her satisfaction with the work performed by the medical team as she moved into the recovery stage.
Amber Ray moves to hotel after discharge
After spending time at the medical facility, Amber Ray confirmed that she had been officially discharged.
She moved to a hotel room where she is continuing her recovery while completing the remaining aspects of her treatment.
“Officially discharged! Recovering from my hotel room and feeling grateful,” she told her followers.
Her discharge marked an important stage in the journey, although she still has dental treatment to complete before returning home.
Amber later told her followers that she was waiting to finish the dental work before considering the transformation complete.
“Now just waiting to finish my dental treatment then your girl is DONE!” she said.
