Kenya Airways Partners With Accor in Major Rewards Deal

Date:

NAIROBI, Kenya- Kenya Airways has entered into a strategic partnership with ALL Accor, becoming the first African airline to join the global hospitality loyalty programme.

The partnership will allow members of Kenya Airways’ Asante Rewards and ALL Accor to earn and redeem points seamlessly across flights, hotel stays and lifestyle experiences.

Under the agreement, travellers can convert 3,000 Asante Rewards points into 1,000 ALL Accor Reward points and vice versa, unlocking benefits across Accor’s network of more than 5,800 hotels and 45 brands worldwide.

The rewards can be used for complimentary hotel stays, dining, wellness experiences, lounge access, extra baggage and Kenya Airways flights, including routes operated through the SkyTeam alliance.

Kenya Airways Chief Commercial and Customer Officer Julius Thairu described the collaboration as a major milestone for both the airline and African aviation.

Accor executives said the partnership reflects the growing demand for connected travel experiences across Africa and the Middle East, where customers increasingly seek seamless movement between flights, accommodation and lifestyle experiences.

The deal combines Kenya Airways’ global route network with Accor’s presence in more than 110 countries through brands including ibis, Novotel, Pullman, Sofitel, Swissôtel, Fairmont and Raffles.

ALL Accor currently has over 100 million members globally and continues to expand its footprint in Africa and other emerging travel markets.
