NAIROBI, Kenya- Interior Cabinet Secretary Kipchumba Murkomen has travelled to Brazzaville to represent William Ruto at the inauguration of Denis Sassou Nguesso.
Nguesso was re-elected on March 15, setting the stage for a new term in office.
